Senior and Intergenerational Statesmanship Program
2012 Senior Statesmanship Advocacy Training Program
Each year since 1980, Senior and Intergenerational Statesmanship participants from all over the state of Wisconsin, learn about the operation of their state government and the role you can play in formulating public policy. You will also learn about becoming a CWAG advocate for people of all ages.
Statesmanship graduates leave our governmental and educational program with the political skills of being an effective advocate and role model in their community. It also prepares you to be an active participant in CWAG’s legislative and community advocacy initiatives.
As part of the three-day program, participants receive a first-hand look at how state government operates and how you can get involved in local and state governmental affairs.
Join us in Madison, WI in November 2012 for the next session. Take a look at the brochure and agenda from last years class.
